Electrical room

I have electrical room in two tenants space. Inside electrical room have Swgr #1 and Swgr #2 and they both have feeder breakers that feed to each tenant space panelboards. Both Swgrs are 480/277V, three phase, 800A

The electrical room has two doors. One door #1 attached sketch goes outside and another door #2 leads to tenant #2.

Can the door#2 lead to another tenant space and be code compliant or not? Which section would that be?

Not sure how the electrical code would apply here... other than possibly the space having to be inaccessible to unqualified persons (if that even applies here). With panels in their respective units, there's no need for tenants to access the electrical room and it could potentially be dangerous.

Read 240.24 Essentially access to overcurrent devices is required... but under certain circumstances, is permitted to be restricted.

There are other instances where restriction is required, but I don't think your scenario qualifies.
