Not sure if this thread is applicable here...

Long time lurker and just recent member to this forum...this place has been instrumental in sharpening my skills as an ESI, and the knowledge on this forum is unreal. So thank you for that.

Former ESI for a local municipality, still keeping up licensing, I worked too hard for it...and I am now working as a Facility Engineer in manufacturing. My exposure into electrical, started in manufacturing as an electrical apprentice under a licensed ESI/facility electrician, so I understand the need for proper training. We have a small maintenance staff that is in need of basic electricity and hands on basic troubleshooting training. Any recommendations for on site training for something like this? I want it to be on site because I feel it will be more effective for the staff...it also needs to be bilingual. Ohio if it matters.

They don't speak English in Ohio?

One place to try might be your local trade schools. Around here we have what they call BOCES or VoTech, they have trades trainings and they sometimes agree to come to do site trainings particularly during schools summer vacations. Another contact might be a local union or the local IAEI chapter might have some resources.
