Electrical Service

I am tryiing to find out the service requirments for a building being converted
to electric heat.

There are 11 apts approximately 600 sq feet.
Each apartment will have approx 5kw of electric heat

There is one electric dryer and 1 washer in the building
Common area heating 10 kw
Common area general lighting 3.5kw

The service is currently single phase 240 volt 200 amp

There is a lot to figuring the service size and the info provided by the OP is not nearly enough to figure out the service size.
