As I stated , it had everything to do with the issue. Rods installed, problem solved. Tks for all your witasism, what is the ground rod used for??

It's not a substitute for an intact service neutral conductor. :confused:

I dont know the theory behind this, just happy the problem is fixed

Sorry but even if it temporarily solved the problem it did not do so correctly. A grounding electrode has nothing to do with an open neutral issue. Don summed it up perfectly:
A connection to earth will never solve any electrical problem. In some cases it may mask the problem, but it will never solve the problem.
