electronic ballasts and tvi

I replaced two old fluorescent fixtures with new electronic ballast type with t-8 tubes. The customer's tv now has quite a bit of interference when these lights are turned on. The antenna is a rabbit ear type on top of the set.
The old fixtures caused no interference.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Also, I was wondering if there was a filter which could be installed in line with the antenna which would filter out this noise?

If there's a filter available to solve this problem, Radio Shack would be the place to get it.

Many thanks for the replies. Ham radio interference on television is corrected by hi pass filter (on tv) or low pass filter (on transmitter). Maybe this would correct the problem. I'll check with Radio Shack today.
