Is the Electronic Version of the 2008 NEC available yet?

I just got my printed copy from the NFPA, cost $75 with tax and shipping, I sent it back and got a copy from local wholesale house, about $45.

The CD is for sale at this time "but" when will it be shipped?
Only the US Mail gremlins know
 
I made my own electronic version of the code in a word format when I was working on the changes book for Mike Holt. I took the ROP draft, compared it (using word) to the the 2005 edition and marked all changes blue. When the ROC came out, I then took any ROC changes and made them green.

Lots of work, to be sure, but at least I have something electronic for when I teach classes (until the CD comes out).
 
As far as the book itself, our local suppliers are selling the books in the $50.00 to $55.00 range, I paid $53.00 for mine, definitely cheaper than the NFPA..
