Elevator Motor - Full Load vs. Rated Load

T-K sent me a spec on an a 20HP elevator (208/3) with the following information:

Total (Full Load Motor) A.C. Amps = 95 A
Rated A.C. Amps = 65.1 A
Starting A.C. Amps = 195 A.

What is the technical difference between the total (full load) amps and the rated amps as far as an elevator is concerned? I am planning on sizing my breaker at 175% of the rated amps (125A CB).

Because this is an elevator the motor is rated for duty cycle service. The conductors have to be rated for the 95 amps. See 620.13 and 430.22(E).

Intermittent duty rating would be my guess.
