I have note on plans that says “provide a dedicated 125V, 15A single phase power supply with fused SPST disconnect switch or circuit breaker per group of elevators for remote monitoring.

I cannot find this disconnect to be required in NEC 2017 Section 620 or any other NEC 2017 Article. I am not sure though. Is this in NEC 2017 anywhere?

There is ZERO reason that the plans and specs cannot require something that the NEC does not require.
