Emergency load and Normal power feeding xfr switch in same trough?

Looking 700.9 (B) and need clarification.

I would like to have the normal power feeding the xfr switch in the same trough as the load from the xfr switch.

I am separating the generator feeds from the load and normal power (except in xfr switch)
