EMFs at cold water pipe

I own a home in the Boston area and my basement cold water pipe, where the water line enters the house, is giving emf readings of over 100 milligauss. My electrical enters at the other side of the house about 30 feet away, and I get high readings (close to 100mg) along the basement ceiling floor from the electrical panel to water line entrance. It's a grounding issue I guess. My electrical panel is also reading over 100mg, as is the utility company's meter outside the house. My service drop connects from the pole to our house on the second floor right outside my son's bedroom, and I have readings of 10mg+ in parts of his room. Any recommendations about what I can do?
