Same as Oklahoma City. All raceways require a EGC. Has been that way since the mid '80s. However, a new supplement is due out soon, anxious to see what surprises lay in store.

In Anchorage local code says we have to pull a EGC in every conduit. I believe it is a good idea because of loose fittings and other factors that cause conduit to seperate.

To which the "other side" responds: The same can be said about wire EGC connections, too.
