Thanks for the help. Going to install a ground bushing. I think it's an impaired connection (250.92 (B) considering the knockouts) but even if it isn't, like you said, it will help with the sleep going forward with the inspection....

Yep....excellent flow-chart. Here's the youtube link that it came from. See his explanation starting at 6:00 which makes me think this is an impaired connection...

Personally I am a lot more concerned about a flexible wiring method hanging on a concentric KO from a structural standpoint than a bonding standpoint. I would use reducing washers .
