Do you think you could install 100' of 3/4" EMT w/ compression fitting( hitting 5 4" boxes) with 1 hole straps in 6 hours?

In metal stud.

That would depend on how many bends but in general I would say 6 hours is more than enough time.
It also depends on the surrounding time. By that I mean, if the journeyman has to get the conduit from a container down 4 stories and across the site vs. already staged on the floor, along with many other variables.

I piped in a small bunk area for truckers in the basement of a warehouse once. Concrete ceiling was 7 feet high. Slowest, most dysfunctional work area ever.

I could touch the ceiling, but I just wasn't tall enough to work on it from the floor. One rung up on a ladder put my head 2 inches below it and I didn't have enough work space. And bends all over the place.

My boss couldn't understand why I was only putting in about 60 feet + boxes each hour
