I am an electrical contractor and currently one of my customers has received a proposal to upgrade their lighting in the facility. Their proposal includeds energy, maintenance and air conditioning savings. I can calculate the energy savings but maintenance and air conditioning I am a little lost on. I understand there is a ballast and lamp savings when going from MH to fluorescent and a btu reduction also. But how to get a accurate number I am a little troubled with. Is there a software program that can help me out here.
