I have a project that has a long run, can I do this to center feed my branch circuit?

You can do that. But I don't see what it has to do with a long run. The voltage drop on the Q cable is relatively high for going long distances, and you likely don't want to go super far with it. Like 30ft probably okay, but definitely not 300.

Thank you for your reply. actually I miss the JB. the Q cable is only until the junction then change to #10 THHN to CB. by center feeding i'm getting just below 2%.

By center feeding you minimize V rise. Each micro inverter adds an incremental amount of V rise and when exacerbated by a long home run, this could lead to nuisance "out of voltage range" issues.
Yes, you can do as picture shows.
