Equipment Grounding for Square-D PINQO Bus Plug

What's the proper way to ground an old Square-D PINQO bus plug to the 100A busway? It has three hot and one neutral stab, but no sign of a ground connection between the enclosure and the busway, and there's no grounding connection for the branch circuit in the enclosure. Thanks

Grounded through that tab on the top with the screw through it? Or some other mechanical fastening method?

Not familiar with this item so experience tells me nothing.
