I did estimation demand load for hotel kitchen contain the following equipment:
* Cold Room (1 No.), 4 KW for each
* Commercial Blender (7 Nos.) , 2.25 KW for each
* Centrifuge Juice Extractor (6 Nos.) , 0.8 KW for each
* Double Basket (1 No.), 21.4 KW for each
* Single Basket Dish (1 NO.), 5.05 KW for each
* Plasma ionization Smell Reduction Unit (8 Nos.) , 0.8 KW for each
* Commercial Food Processor 5.5 ltr (2 Nos.), 1.2 KW for each
* 141 Ltr Under counter Freezer (12 Nos.) , 0.5 KW for each
* Twin Well Fryer (2 Nos.) , 12 KW for each
* Electric Dim Sum steamer (3 Nos.), 36 KW for each
* 3 Ring Induction Wok -Custom (3 Nos.), 52 KW for each
* Self Cleaning Hydrosorp separator (10 Nos.) , 1 KW for each
* 20 Rack Electric Combi-steamer (3 Nos.) , 40.5 KW for each
The total connected load = The sum of all loads
= 4*1 + 2.25*7 + 0.8*6 + 21.4*1 + 5.05*1 +0.8*8 + 1.2*2 +0.5*12 +12*2 +36*3 +52*3 + 1*10 +40.5*3 = 485.3 KW
Applying NEC 220.56
The total demand load = 485.3 * 0.65 = 315.45 KW
What i did is correct or not
