Estimating commercial jobs

I'll make it short and sweet. I'm new to estimating commercial jobs, the past few i've shot a number at they have told me I am way to high.
I'm currently trying to get my company in with a new builder who does these club houses and I'm trying to get any help or advice on how you guys have been estimating these jobs.

It is a 5000 sqft Club house in central florida.

I use Electrical Bid Manager software for most of my commercial work.

You're probably applying labor rates to estimated man/hrs wrong.....this is the most common mistake
