Is there a labor unit to use for demolition, Need to remove old switch gear, And Just as a starter 200 feet of SQ D 800 amp aluminum feeder duct, And 200 feet of 2.5 inch ridged conduit with 3-3/O? Most of this is easy to get to exposed in a hallway. Only about 45 feet is above a dropped ceiling. It does go through 6 walls. The model number on the feeder Duct is AF-508-LF I have looked for information on line to see how it goes together but have not found any. Thanks

Are you just making the system electrically safe for others to remove?
Can you use a boom lift?
Are you just dropping the items on the ground for removal by others.?
Are you removing the items from the site?

All these factor into how to price the job.

Demolition really depends on the conditions present.

Probably could use the same book they use to get prices for the install. You are working around some obstacles that they didn't have when they installed it, so you shouldn't be to far off.

And if you don't damage the equipment to much you may be able to sell it and recycle the conductors.

I never deducted that from the price, that was just gravy, and save me on the dump fees.

I got the job, not exactly how many others bid it, I know 3 others were asked. I will let you know how I did in about 5 weeks.
