European single phase motor

Can anyone tell me what the labeling in a European single phase single voltage motor means?
For instance, I know that the IEC equivalent of a 3ph winding is U,V,W for L1,L2,L3.

Is there a standard such as Z1, Z2 start winding? Or U1,U2 run winding?
What about terminals for cap and centrifugal switch? W1, V2?

It's Greek to me.

U1, U2, U3, U4 are equivalent to T1, T2, T3, T4. Z1, Z2 are the same as 5 and 8 your starting winding. Leads that go to the caps or thermal protection can be anything.

Most of the 3 phase DIN motors I've seen have the wiring diagram in the wiring box. I'm surprised the same manufacturers don't do it with single phase.
