commercial offices rehabed to exam rooms. i understand that all convenience outlets must be rewired to hospital grade wiring,(green mc)
i will probably just kill every thing and install the outlets that they spec.
can i splice through and blank plate? may be feeding hall ways.regular offices or even bathrooms.also i understand that i don't need hospital grade outlets
even thougth my wiring method must be hospital grade. make sense???
am i missing anything here.how about lighting???

I do not understand about splicing thru a blank plate? Art 517 requires a second path to ground (redundant) aside from your EGC. The green MC cable provides this as does EMT, RGC.....and a normal device is usually used, unless hospital grade is speced.

IMHO, brush up on Article 517 Health-related facilities to get a good understanding of general care and patient care areas. Then, check out the available methods of wiring with the proper cable, etc.
