Examples of gfpe protection for circuits over 1000a

I don't do any industrial or large commercial work. Does anyone have any links or examples of gfpe equipment used on circuits over 1000v over 150v to ground?
 
All overcurrent protective devices 1200A and larger have GFPE as standard options, you select. These are very straight forward until you get into multiple sources.

Hi, Can anyone please help me understand the NEC article 230.95A. What does "the maximum setting of the ground fault protection shall be 1200A" means.
