Exemption to wire in cable trays/trough

My foreman asked me and needs to know how to get around having more than 30 current carrying conductors in a section of trough without derating the wires. The problem with this is that we have an electrical room in an already standing building so we could only put our pipes in certain places and unfortunately that makes it so that there are more than 30 current carrying conductors in sections of trough and we don't want to derate it as the deadline is fast approaching, and no one thought this would be a problem months ago. Please help so we can meet our deadline

Don't know of an exception that would help you. In some cases, when the fill was not extreme, Ive routed conductors to the closest panel to reduce horizontal runs and then routed the conductors thru nipples connecting the panels (basically using my cabinet as a wireway)
