Expandable Sleeving

I want to use Nelco Products Inc. Flame Retardant Polyester Expandable Sleeving inside a product to hold both high voltage and low voltage insulated wires. I would like to know if the NEC has any jurisdiction over the inside of the products and if so would it be ok to use the Flame Retardant Polyester Expandable Sleeving in this application?

No problem as long as you have the product listed. The NEC doesn't care what is used inside any listed product, all a manufacturer needs to do is to get a NRTL to list their product.
