Extension ladders

Thanks for the info. I picked up my new 24' extension ladder this morning from the supply house. Strapped it down. And when I got up to 55 the worst rumble whistling sound ame from abover my truck. The air blowing through the empty rungs was unbeable. A little duct to the rescue for now. But am looking for a good permanent fix.

I have never had that problem with my ladder. Even driving faster than that.:confused:

I used to do service work for a summer camp for children in NC. The gym wouldn't support a lift by ANY means, it was very old.

I used to have to service high-bays on these:

Talk about shaken!!! I don't mind heights, but when you're wrapped around one of those like a monkey 20+ft. in the air, Brad no likes heights anymore:roll:
