Regarding a 1600 amp exterior pad mount main service that feeds 3 separate buildings on the same property.

-can I put the ufer ground(for the main service) in the bottom of the duct bank sub feeder that leads to one of the buildings?

-also according to 250-32 will I need a separate grounding electrode at each separate building?

You can use the trench for the service feeders for the Ufer ground. There is no depth requirement, but I would try to keep it below 30 inches like the ground rods, or rings require.
250.32 requires a separate grounding electrode at each building. Don't you have water pipes at each building, or building steel? If you are refering to the supplemental ground required if the only ground available is the water pipe, then the Ufer ground brought to each building would suffice.
