is it possible to installed a two panelboards face to face?if do, is there a minimum clearance to be consider?(consider the system voltage of 460V line-line)

Yes they can be mounted face to face. Take a look at 110.26(A)(1) for the required depth.

But you have to understand that this is a condition 3 installation. That is not really clear in the code rules and is missed by many electricians.

Yes, and according to Table 110.26(A)(1) for 460 volts you would need 4' between panels.
