FACP Fire Department Notification Circuit

What are the installation requirements for a FACP notification circuit going to the Fire Department?

Looking for cable type, conduit requirements, and separation from other circuits.

I sure it varies but in this area the fire departments often want four conductor, 14 AWG, red jacketed IMSA cable between the their 'Master Box' and the municipal fire loop outside the building. The conductors between the FACP and the Master Box are usually just THHNs.

I think it is very different in each area, just around me we use hard wired Master boxes, Radio master boxes, private central station monitoring over POTS or cell or no monitoring at all.

It also sends profits up as well. "Oh what's that, your engineer didnt bother to put the digitize Radio box on the plans? He didn't talk to the FD? Well that's a shame, have you seen my $8000 change order lying around here?"
