I have two different fan speed controls that cause led lights to blink when adjusting the fan speed. The lights are not mounted on the fan but they are on the same arci circuit. We have tried different speed controls.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

What is an "arci circuit"?

We need a more accurate description of the circuit, how the fan controls work (communication method), and information about the LED bulbs.

Can you take one of the LED bulbs and put it on a different circuit, but on the same phase, and eliminate or reproduce the problem? What if thre LED is on the opposite phase?

Probably meant AFCI protected circuit.

I've never seen this problem with any paddle fan or LED trims. Model of the bulbs and fan might be helpful. Any chance the lights are on a dimmer not rated for LEDs?

I could see this happening,
just try another brand of LED bulbs, differences in manufacturing may be enough to dismiss the spike created while switching that fan control.
