Especially when you have just arrived on site to attend to a breakdown.
It's tempting to say "it'll take less time if you stop asking inane questions."

"I'll bet it's a short!" for an open circuit or for any problem that isn't a short.

It's soooo obvious that they have no idea what a "short" even is.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has to listen to the same stupid
questions, over,and over, and over, and over again. No one has mentioned
the phrase, "Done Yet?" After every tradesman walks by or from "Mr. Clever
Facilities Guy."
