Faternity laundry area

Fraternity has sleeping provision and in basement has laundry area with washers and dryers on 120V receptacle 20A and 30A. Does the recptacles have to be gfci per NEC 2014 210.8(A)?

Is it a dwelling unit? Cooking provisions sounds like will be what determines this otherwise (B) is what applies.

No provision for cooking. Nec 2014 Article 210.8(B) only thing I can think of is indoor wet location laundry area.
Are laundry area wet locstions?

Unless you are hand washing and potentially spraying water around, no.

Still need GFCI within 6 feet of any sinks though.

2017 NEC gets a little trickier, if it is considered unfinished basement - will need GFCI. If not a dwelling unit,the 125/250 volt dryer receptacle(s) could require GFCI also if any the mentioned conditions apply.
