When installing floor boxes in new raised floor is the electrical trade usually responsible for cutting tiles? I would assume that cutting the tiles would be necessary to install the box. Thanks.

Typically done by the raised floor installer. Some of those tiles are a real PITA to cut. As a sub, I would exclude it in any bids. As a GC I would put in in the scope of the floor guy.

Yes the floor guys cut them unless you want to anger the carpenter steward. :roll:
