Not that I’m aware of, but Westinghouse and Challenger (cutler-hammer) breakers are interchangeable.

Eaton should have replacements if that’s what you’re looking for.

FPE did manufacture breakers for Zinsco and Sylvania though, anything over 225A and/ or 240 volts was FPE.
