Feed for disconnect

Is it permissive to feed a 200A disconnect with a 225A breaker? What about a fusible disco. Would this fall under tap rule? We need to run about 100' from panelboard to disconnect and the plant wants to use a spare 225A breaker to feed the disco.

Without digging in to the book- I would say o.k. assuming the conductors were good for 225 and the disco was fused at what it was rated for (200?)

Found out 200A disco was nonfusible, so we will install a new 200A breaker instead of using the 225A.
