Feed to driver/ballast

I'm a little confused as to whether I need to bring just dimming wires or both dimming and power from my power pack to the driver within the fixture.
I though a driver always needed power but diagrams look like only dimming is being brought to integral driver. What would you say based on below? Thanks.

it looks like a "switch leg" off the power pack and the dimming circuit are needed at the fixture.

Yes. So 4 wires? Looks like only 3 from power pack to fixture.

Yes graphic 3 is missing the neutral connection. However it's visible in graphic 2.
