Feeder ampacity allowed for Aluminum four wire SER cable for 50 amp subpanel

Is it NEC code compliant to feed a 50 amp subpanel with a four wire # 6 Aluminum SER cable, using the 75 C column of Table 310.16, since the wire is rated at 90 C and breaker and subpanel are rated at 75 C.

I determined this from NEC 110.14 (C)(1)(a)(3) and NEC 338.10(B)(4)(a)(1) and (3).

Yes you can use the 75° C ampacity of 50 amps with a 50 amp OCPD.
