feeder and tranformer calcaulation

Hi someone please help .I try to get services for that shop we have:
Power supplies is 277/480 & distance is 550 ft
primary load:
RTU1 - 18 KW 480 3 PHASE
WATER HEATER-54 KW 480 3 PHASE
secondary load-45 recess lights 40 watts each
30 receptacles 180 va each
residential dryer 220 volt
RTU2 12 KW 208 VOLT 3 PHASE
storage water tank 3000 watt 208 volt 3phase
i need to figure what size of tranformer i need to used and what size for wire i need to pull
