Feeder Disconnect?

Powering a panel at a pump house from the Main Panel that's about 50' away I know I'm supposed to have a disconnect at the separate building (pump house) according to 225.31. So I can't use a mainlug panel because then I would violate 225.31 right? Or does 225.33A allow me to use no more than six breakers as my disconnecting means like a Service permits in 230.71A?

So how if my breakers are the disconnecting means how am I to disconnect the conductors supplying that building or structure like 225.31 requires. Then 225.32 wants the disconnecting means at the building or structure so my breaker at the Main Panel doesn't count as my disconnecting means
