Feeder In A Residential Duplex

In a residential duplex home a feeder from a outside service disconnect runs through the basement of the other tenant. Any NEC violation?

Romeo.. I do not see a problem per NEC "Feeder that is" Are the feeders in pipe or SER...protection that is?
