You'll have to go larger than 2/0 cu if protecting at 200, since 175 is a standard size.
I have used 3/0 cu SE. Most distributors don't have it here though.

Thanks for all the help. Using cable instead of conduit will make this job more managable. I'll take some before and after pictures. This place is a real mess with all the people that touched this electrical system.

I have a question regarding 310.15(B)(6). It seems that everyone is in agreement that T310.15(B)(6) only applies to single family dwelling units and not to two-family, or multifamily dwellings. Which is what it says in the NEC exam prep book that I am working through.

Here's my problem, as I read 310.15(B)(6), it states "For individual dwelling units of one-family, two-family, and multi-family dwellings...". I am sure that I am missing something here as this wouldn't be the first time, but what am I missing?

As always I look forward to any input that is offered.
