Feeder Wire

I am running power from my house to my pole barn, 180ft, connecting to a 125amp sub panel that has a 50, 30 & 20amp receptacle preinstalled. It also has 4 extra spaces that I will be using to run from the sub panel to shed for lights and a light duty window a/c unit. Can I use 2-2-4-6 Aluminum Direct Burial MHF? Is it required to be run in conduit? For the less than 5ft from sub panel to shed can I use 6/3 direct burial for 2 outlets, a light and the window a/c unit?
