I have a job where we have to install new booths under a canopy 14 of the to be exact the booths will have a 125 amp mlo panel in them and we will have a non fused disconnect on the outside of the booth. The booths will be fed from a panel inside the main building off a 50 amp 2 pole breaker the longest running would be about 300 feet. They will be fed with 2 hots a neutral and a ground. My question is can I run the feeds for 2 booths in the same conduit and if I can would a de rating factor come in to play

The applicable derating factor (ampacity adjustment) will not be affected by whether you have one feeder or two, one load structure or two, but solely on the number of current carrying conductors in the raceway.
You cannot calculate the adjustment for the two feeders separately and then combine them in one raceway.

I see no problem combining the 2 feeders. Derating would apply based on fill but unless there are other mitigating factors such as ambient, the use of a 90 deg conductor should make the install meet Code
