Referencing NEC 110.14(C)(1)(3). Is it code compliant to use 6-3 SER w/Ground Aluminum for a 50 amp sub-panel, with the breaker rated at 75 C and the sub-panel rated at 75 C due to the wire being rated at 50 amps in the 75 C column of Table 310.16? Thank you
 
As long as you don't have other derating issues, like running it through a hot attic or bundling with other conductors. The 90C ampacity is only 55A, so you don't have much derating headroom.
