WHERE RUNNING SOME PATCH FIBER OPTIC BUT WE DONT HAVE CORRUGATED FLEX PLENUM COULD IT TRANSIT THREW A LIQUID TIGHT FLEX CONDUIT?

I've certainly run fiber through LiquidTite conduit. No idea, however, if LiquidTite is suitable for your application.

If you are installing any type of wiring method in an environmental air space (Plenum) then there is a restriction on the type of wiring method. If the area above the suspended ceiling is not used for return air then there are no restrictions
Note in a plenum space even if you use plenum rated Smurf tube you are still required to use plenum rated fiber optic cable
