You would do the same thing in any gutter service.

If "daisy chaining" is a problem just run a single GEC from one and install a tap from the other one to the GEC.

The point is, a single point connection to earth reduces EMF issues.

As far as the NEC is concerned you can create loops all day long, as far as grounding performance, net currents, common mode noise, and other issues there are better ways using some common sense.

Agreed its just we locally had this discussion on how accomplish what your getting at and still take 250.64 (D) into consideration
 
I think theres a bit of confusion on my perspective also.
We do not connect the GEC like your picture shows, but a connection from the GEC to the neutral conductor in each service disconnect is required, if theres more than 1.
We do run and tap scenario also.

And I can see when your having to bond to a concreted encased electrode, ground rods, water pipes, and building steel, like most prints show,especially in the case where you have multiple Service Disconnects or Main Distribution panels , where one would need to be mindful of where they were actually making the connection.
