I have a friend that has a damaged pull station he needs replaced. It’s a Simplex non coded 596B. I was looking for a replacement and found a Simplex 2099-9102. They look identical but I don’t know if the new device needs to be the same exact model to work or not. Are they interchangeable? The 2099-9102 says non coded so I was assuming that if installed it would work just the same as the original.
