Greetings,

To connect a fire pump, should I tap utility transformer secondary or I can tap after CT and utility disconnect cabinet?

This is a design issue. Have you contacted the local POCO?

If you tap at the transformer secondary, you probably need to install a dedicated meter.

No I have not. Is it ok to have a disconnect with a separate meter and ct cabinet or is it against the code?

I think the Code requires that the disconnect be "lockable" in the closed position, but doesn't require that it be locked.

I would think the local Fire Marshal would make the call as to whether the disconnect would be locked.
