Fire pump controller ground lug size inside

I have 750kcmil copper phase and neutral conductors into service rated fire pump controller/ats/disconnect that feeds 125 HP 208V three phase.

Does anyone know what would be the typical ground lug size in amps provided by the fire pump controller/ats/disconnect manufacturer inside?

Is their any catalog or any code that mentions that? I meant equipment grounding conductor lug size
