See attached sketch. I. have onsite generator which feeds fire pump. However the conductor from generator to enclosed circuit breaker 200A have no overcurrent protection and they run several hundred feet. When they enter the building a 200A enclosed circuit breaker is provided.

Should not the conductors require overcurrent protection?

Because it is broken up into two circuits, each with their only OCPD at the load end.
Also, I am not sure that you can have that 200 amp OCPD on the line side of the transfer switch.

I dont follow. How is this feeder? Its connected on line side of 100a breaker.

I’ve seen engineers spec fire pump feeds to have no ocp from the generator, and have done it many times on Lowes generator installs, though not required, it can have an ocp on a generator application.

Is there any code section? Also how are those conductors protected?

Question is the conductors in question post number #1 you all are saying feeder and feeder taps rule apply. If those conductors are connected line side of the 100A breaker then how are they feeder?
I don't see any breaker other than the 200 amp one in the fire pump circuit.
