Whether you're using Hilti, 3M, STI, etc... you cannot just squeeze it in or fill a chase. (Even though some inspectors may let it slide) Each product will have a tested UL assembly for each application, go to the manufacture's website and search for floor, wall, ceiling, assemblies. Have your employer invest in the UL Fire Resistance Directory, aka the Orange Books.
 
Anyone ever use this stuff? Roughly how many 3/4"-1" conduits can you firestop with one tube?

Really depends on how big the penetration hole is that your 3/4" conduit is run thru. Anything large will use fire block foam rather than caulk.
